Job Description

A highly rated national company with a facility near the Reynoldsburg, Ohio area is currently seeking several experienced Payroll Specialist for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Payroll Specialist looking for a company that offers excellent growth, management, development, training, competitive rates, and excellent work/home life balance.

Payroll Specialist rates are anticipated to start between $50,000 - $70,000 salary based on experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Requirements

Qualified Payroll Specialists will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pay roll processing
  • ADP Workforce Now Version 9.12 experience is preferred
  • Must have strong background in payroll systems, payroll reports, and Microsoft Excel
  • Material Handling/manufacturing company is preferred, but not required
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have the ability to analyze problems and provide problem resolutions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills include the ability to present findings in a clear, concise manner
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to plan, schedule, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees and regulatory agencies
  • Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background check, drug screening, and references, etc.
