Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid search, retail media (including DSP, CTV, OLV, etc.) and paid social across various advertising platforms for our Feminine Care brands Playtex, Carefree & o.b. This role requires an innovative thinker who has the ability to quickly pivot between strategy, analysis and execution. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of how to best optimize marketing efforts across the full-funnel, to align with our business goals, driving incremental sales and maximizing ROI. They should have strong experience with the eCommerce landscape and the best in class foundational building blocks that are necessary to win in the eCommerce retailer space (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).

Requirements
The salary range for this position is $96,000 - $144,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
