Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in Sacramento, CA - Join A Dynamic Urgent Care Team!

About:
Join full-service urgent care and family medical practice dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to the Sacramento community! This clinic operates under new management with a renewed focus on exceptional service and patient care. They strive to be the top urgent care provider in the Sacramento area and are looking for compassionate, driven PAs and NPs to join their patient-focused mission.

What They're Looking For:

• Active PA or NP license in California.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong clinical acumen, with a comprehensive understanding of various patient conditions across all age ranges.
• Procedural competence in suturing, incision & drainage (I&D), initial EKG interpretation, X-ray review, and other minor urgent care procedures.
• Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
• Excellent bedside manner and strong teamwork skills to foster a positive environment for both patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Three-12 hour shifts
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute medical conditions in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.
• Efficiently manage patient flow, aiming to see 4-5 patients per hour, from evaluation to charting.
• Collaborate with our Medical Director, for ongoing educational support, including quarterly didactic meetings and skills workshops.
• Ensure professional respect and collaboration with teammates to maintain a smooth operational workflow.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $60-75 per hour, depending on experience.
