Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute podcast content strategies for clients

• Research, book, and generate contacts of guests and interviewees

• Write and develop podcast briefs, scripts, show notes, and summaries

• Record, edit, and publish high-quality audio content within deadlines and budgets

• Monitor and manage the entire podcast production process, including drafting and adhering to timelines and production schedules

• Create and manage promotional materials such as social media posts and newsletters

• Track, analyze, and report on podcast success metrics and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 year experience in podcast production
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Solid knowledge of social media and podcast platforms (Youtube, Tiktok, etc.)
• Adept in audio editing software and equipment for recording and editing podcasts
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful content development strategies and campaigns
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
