Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service team of of two advisors, three technicians
  • Hires and trains client facing Service staff
  • Motivates and encourages the daily workflow and schedules of front-end service staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of assigned employees in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities:
  • Plans and coordinates tasks and activities of company’s client facing service staff.
  • Ensures outstanding experience for our clients
  • Oversees and assists in maintaining efficient and effective communication between our team and our clients.
  • Works with the team to meet and exceed monthly objectives.
  • Ensures applicable safety standards and regulations are followed in the facility.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Powersports or Automotive experience preferred, in dealership service management experience is required.
  • One year as an assistant service manager or a highly successful service advisor.

  • Auto or powersports service management: 5 years (Preferred)

  • Motorcycle Driver’s License (Preferred)
