Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service team of of two advisors, three technicians
Hires and trains client facing Service staff
Motivates and encourages the daily workflow and schedules of front-end service staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handles discipline and termination of assigned employees in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities:

Plans and coordinates tasks and activities of company’s client facing service staff.
Ensures outstanding experience for our clients
Oversees and assists in maintaining efficient and effective communication between our team and our clients.
Works with the team to meet and exceed monthly objectives.
Ensures applicable safety standards and regulations are followed in the facility.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Powersports or Automotive experience preferred, in dealership service management experience is required.
One year as an assistant service manager or a highly successful service advisor.

Experience:

Auto or powersports service management: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Motorcycle Driver’s License (Preferred)
