We are a leading daycare group looking for passionate and dedicated preschool teachers to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Duties

-Develop, prepare, and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that meet established educational standards, teaching children through various creative applications.
-Identify areas of weakness and areas of growth for students and create strategies aligning to their individual needs.
-Promote inclusion and develop a safe and positive classroom environment where all students feel welcome and appreciated.
-Meet with parents and guardians to discuss the growth, progress, and needs of children.
-Collaborate with a team of teachers, providing mentorship and feedback on curriculum.

Requirements

-Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). A degree in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.
-Experience or educational knowledge in child development phases (psychosocial, cognitive, physical growth) or in children?s literature i.e., usage of storytelling, puppets arts & crafts.
-Up-to-date CPR, First Aid, and a fingerprint clearance card through the state of Arizona or able to obtain one by the time of appointment.
-Available to work Monday- Friday, and comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
