Job description
The company is a public works contractor with roofing, waterproofing and sheet metal specialties and we are currently looking for a responsible and reliable individual who will be a part of a growing company. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) available for this position for those that meet the requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage laborers and assist project manager at job site daily
Read and understand plans, specification and other construction documents
Define project scope and identify project resources that required for projects
Prepare preconstruction documents
Assist project managers to project schedules, budgets and quality assurance
Plan and supervise day to day job site activities
Communicate project scope with foremen
Act as a main point of contact for project
Qualifications
Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures
1 year of experience in Roofing specific construction
Flexibility with travel requirements and overtime as necessary
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or other Engineering preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
Experience in the following software is preferred but not required

Pay: $58,800.00 - $65,250.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
