Position Overview
As part of an in-house development and construction group, the Project Manager will oversee multiple projects across the country, as well as oversee repairs on existing properties. The Project Manager will also facilitate due diligence for acquisitions and inspect properties to mitigate risk for the owner.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience in design/construction/development preferred
Experience: 3-6 years of construction, due diligence, or design experience preferred
Travel required: 2-4 weekdays per month in the United States
Location: Boca Raton, Florida
