Project Manager (Hybrid) 

? Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid – Remote & Onsite as Needed)
? Pay Rate: $45/hour
? Hybrid Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee two Microsoft startup data centers in the Des Moines area. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills to ensure successful project execution, commissioning, and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from planning to completion .

• Oversee project scheduling, commissioning, issue resolution, and on-site meetings .

• Track progress against milestones, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to meet performance goals and manage project risks.

• Assign and guide project resources, providing leadership throughout all stages.

Qualifications & Skills

? Strong communication – Ability to interact with stakeholders and teams effectively.
? Fast-paced execution – Work efficiently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
? Highly organized – Maintain detailed project notes, timelines, and resources.
? Project management experience – Prior experience managing construction, data centers, or industrial projects is a plus.
