We offer partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services for those struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. Our outpatient clinics are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals while addressing social determinants of health through our transitional living program.
Position Overview: As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with psychiatric disorders. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest standard of care.
