Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP

The Position : Our Client is looking for a PMHNP to join their team in the Jacksonville , FL area  to provide services inside Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities. As a PMHNP your role would be to provide medication management for all psychiatric needs in collaboration with the therapist and primary care providers. You will work in collaboration with other Psychiatric APRNs, Psychologists, LMHCs and LCSWs as well as the primary care provider at the facility to provide care for the whole patient.

• $120,000 Base Salary (Annual Base Raise 3%)
• $40,000 - $85,000+ Production & Quality Bonus

Requirements:

• Florida APRN License
• PMHNP Certification
• DEA License (Exception New Graduates)
• Positive Attitude
• Willingness to Collaborate With Psychologist, Psychiatrists, And Nurse Practitioners

Responsibilities:

• Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm But if you complete your work early you can go home and get paid a full day
• Flexible Schedule
• No Call
• No Nights
• No Weekends
