Job Description

Seeking a competent RN with independent practice in a clinical setting to provide routine and complex patient care, delegate effectively, and develop long-term plans.

• Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
• Core competencies involve critical thinking, patient flow management, unit operations, safety, and quality improvement aligned with industry standards.
• Technical skills encompass health info documentation, medical equipment use, order processing, chart interpretation, and patient safety practices.
• Requirements: BSN preferred, 1+ year experience, RN license, BLS, and specialty certifications (STABLE, NRP). Must attend orientation, complete competency validations, and maintain certifications.
• Work schedule: 7PM-7AM, Per Diem as needed. Equal opportunity employer.
