We're looking for a Member Services & Relationship Specialist to join a dynamic financial team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service, process transactions accurately, and build meaningful relationships with members by offering tailored financial solutions.

What You'll Do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.

• Educate members on digital banking tools like mobile apps and online platforms.

• Resolve inquiries promptly and provide consultative support.

• Open new accounts, memberships, and loans while identifying opportunities for additional services.

• Support branch operations including ATM balancing and compliance tasks.

• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed performance goals.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Banking experience preferred; strong customer service background considered.

• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:30 PM) and occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM-12:00 PM).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Halfmoon, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
