Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Contracts JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating secure and efficient remote notarization for a wide range of contracts and documents. You will be verifying the identities of signatories and ensuring the authenticity of documents during remote notarization sessions. The types of services you offer your clients will involve various industries, including legal, finance, and more, which will provide them with a seamless and secure remote notarization experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct remote notarization sessions for contracts, agreements, affidavits, and other documents. Verify the identities of signatories through a combination of identification methods and knowledge-based authentication. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of notarization certificates, dates, and signatures. Maintain thorough records of notarial acts, adhering to data privacy and security protocols. Stay up-to-date with state-specific notary laws and regulations, as well as technology advancements in the remote notarization field. Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through the remote notarization process and address any questions or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Previous experience in notarizing contracts and other legal documents. Strong understanding of remote notarization laws, regulations, and best practices. Proficient in using remote notarization platforms and video conferencing tools. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working remotely. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies and processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
