Job Description

As a Product Specialist, you’ll be a key resource for new and prospective customers on our Sales Team, helping them understand the platform, guiding them through the buyer’s journey, and ensuring they get the most out of Uscreen. You’ll engage with leads during their free trial, answer platform-related questions, and support Starter plan customers in maximizing their experience. Your role bridges the gap between sales, customer success, and product education ensuring users feel confident and empowered in using Uscreen.

You’ll work closely with our Sales, Growth, and Revenue Operations teams to provide an exceptional onboarding experience and help drive customer success. If you love engaging with customers, simplifying complex topics, and helping users unlock value in a product, this role is for you!

What you’ll do:

  • Guide free trial users through the buyer’s journey, ensuring they understand Uscreen’s value
  • Help Starter plan customers maximize their experience and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct live demos to showcase key features and benefits
  • Educate customers on different subscription tiers and premium offerings
  • Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to optimize customer engagement campaigns
  • Track and manage customer interactions throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle, providing insights to enhance onboarding and the overall experience for Starter plan customers
  • Manage hand raises for upsells, identifying and guiding customers toward higher tier plans or additional features
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve customers

Do you have what it takes?

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Product Support, Sales, or SaaS experience preferred)
  • Has strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics and provide clear guidance
  • A customer-first mindset and is passionate about helping users succeed
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos and guide users through platform capabilities
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • A strong understanding of SaaS, online video, or the creator economy is a plus
  • Adaptable and eager to learn while willing to test new strategies to improve customer engagement

Our commitment to you:

  • We know your worth and will compensate you competitively.
  • Our unlimited PTO policy encourages every team member to take the time they need to unwind and recharge.
  • Your growth is our growth! We’ll provide you with access to best-in-class training, workshops, and conferences to help you develop and succeed in your role.
  • It’s a marathon, not a sprint. We make sure you have a clear growth plan to help you get to the next level at Uscreen.
  • 100% remote – you can work from wherever your heart desires, as long as you have access to a stable internet and a conducive workspace.
  • We offer flexible parental leave to make sure you have enough time for your family.
  • Your home office should be ergonomic and inspirational to help you make some magic, so we’ll give you a generous WFH stipend to help you set one up. If WFH is not for you, we’re happy to pay for your coworking space.
  • We host virtual social events filled with fun activities to ensure you feel part of the Uscreen team.
