Required

• Associate degree or higher
• An RN role (1+ years)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Any of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position?

Preferred

Overview

Our award-winning client is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Penn Hills/Monroeville, PA . This role will be responsible for providing home health care to patients in the local area in the comfort of their own homes!

Top Skills Required:

• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of PA
• Associate degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this, we will help you get it!)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

What You Need to Know:

• Full-time | Monday - Friday
• Schedule (Including any on-call/weekends):
  • Mon-Fri 8a-5p
  • One on-call evening (5p-10p) per week
  • One weekend per month
• Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program
• Travel Position (Travel Reimbursement provided)

• $15K Bonus (Paid Out Quarterly)

This is a Pay-Per-Visit position

Home Health Registered Nurse $10,000 Bonus

• City/State: Penn Hills, PA
• Territory/Driving Expectation: 20-25 miles surrounding the Penn Hills/Monroeville area
• Top Experiences:
  • Prior Home Health or hospice experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of med/surg experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Top Misses (experiences we don’t want):
  • Private duty, dialysis, or other limited-scope areas
• Pay Rate/Salary: $44/visit or more (based on experience)
• Schedule (Including any on-call/weekends):
  • Mon-Fri 8a-5p
  • One on-call evening (5p-10p) per week
  • One weekend per month
