Qualifications

Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in an RN role
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois (IL)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all three required)
• Willingness to travel as needed for the position

Preferred:

• Please provide your RN License Number

Overview

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Top Skills Required:

• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of IL
• Associate Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Home Health RN – $10,000 Bonus

• Compensation: PPV rates are attached + $10k first-year bonus
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; 28 points per week
• Requirements:
  • Must have an RN license and a minimum of 1 year of licensed RN experience in a hospital setting (med-surg, telemetry, ER, or ICU preferred)
  • Home health experience is highly preferred but not required
  • Candidates without at least 1 year of hospital experience as a licensed RN will not be considered (clinical rotations do not count).

Schedule: Monday – Friday; day shift + 1 weekend per month, 2-3 on-call days per month & 2 holidays per year • Coverage area: Evanston, Skokie, Morton Grove & surrounding
