Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality telephone triage and health advice to patients and caregivers.
Utilize your experience in emergency departments, call centers, or triage settings to assess patient needs effectively.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and support patient well-being.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in emergency medicine, triage, or a related field.
Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and patient care.
