We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, which is building the Autheo Layer-1 blockchain on Cosmos and GO WFO, an extreme sports layer-1 creaetor network being built on autheo. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3, the creator economy and affinity domains, like exteme sports, through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform.

Launch Legends is a technology development incubator and launch pad focused on transforming the creator economy and extreme sports industries through innovative Web3 solutions. With over 3.5 years of development, we are preparing to launch:

Autheo is our next-generation creator platform, designed to enable individuals, developers, and organizations to build, own, and monetize their networks and brands. WFO, Beingn built on Autheo, is a dedicated platform for extreme sports and adventure creators, built on Autheo’s Layer-1 blockchain. WFO aims to revolutionize the extreme sports sector by integrating blockchain, NFTs, and SocialFi features, offering athletes and creators a new way to connect with their fans and monetize their content.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.

What We Offer

As a part-time co-founder, you will:

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Develop and launch three distinct websites, fully designed in Figma, for our key projects: Autheo, GO WFO, and Launch Legends.
• Create and optimize landing pages that drive engagement and conversions, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms

Compensation:

While this is an equity ownership and token position, we plan to implement salaries after our anticipated Public Token Sale in January or February. 

POSITION: SENIOR GOLANG AND MICROSERVICES DEVELOPER 

Launch Legends is seeking a Senior Golang and Microservices Developer to join our innovative team and drive the development of cutting-edge backend solutions for our globally expanding blockchain ecosystem. This role will focus on building scalable and efficient backend systems while collaborating across teams to ensure seamless functionality and integration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development and Web3 Integration

   • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Golang code.
   • Develop and maintain Web3 , blockchain, and smart contract applications, focusing on secure and scalable backend architecture.
   • Build and manage microservices with seamless integration across platforms and third-party APIs.

2. Feature Design and Implementation

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new platform features.
   • Maintain code integrity and organization while adhering to established standards.
   • Ensure the development of backend solutions supports front-end frameworks like React , Typescript , and Next.js .

3. Performance Optimization and Scalability

   • Continuously monitor and optimize backend systems for performance and scalability.
   • Develop and implement strategies to scale backend infrastructure to meet rapid growth and evolving business needs.

4. System Security and Data Protection

   • Understand and implement best practices for security and data protection, particularly for blockchain and decentralized systems.
   • Conduct regular code reviews and integrate quality assurance measures to enhance stability and reliability.

5. Project and Codebase Management

   • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure the codebase is up to date and easily maintainable.
   • Work with project management teams to track development progress using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
   • Actively contribute to sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to improve processes and delivery.

6. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

   • Collaborate closely with front-end teams, UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure backend solutions align with business objectives.
   • Share knowledge and mentor other developers to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

7. Technology Roadmap and Continuous Improvement

   • Assist in defining the technology roadmap to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
   • Identify and integrate emerging Web3 technologies to enhance the platform’s capabilities and competitiveness.

Necessaryb Qualifications

• Golang Expertise : At least 3 years of experience developing clean, efficient code in Golang .
• Microservices Development : Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
• Fullstack Development : At least 6 years of experience, with exposure to React , Typescript , and Next.js being a strong plus.
• Security Best Practices : Strong knowledge of security protocols and data protection measures.
• Project Management Experience : Familiarity with tools like Jira or GitHub , and the ability to work within Agile environments.
• Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Web3 Familiarity : A solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and decentralized systems.
• Smart Contract Development : Experience with smart contracts (preferred but not mandatory).
