Senior Landscape Architect job at Gpac Sterling, IL, US

Job Description

An award-winning residential design/build firm is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join their growing team. In this role, you will have the freedom to design and sell your work to clients from the initial meeting to final walkthrough.

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree (or greater) in landscape architecture

- 5+ years of experience

- Professional License (PLA)

- Proficient with AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Photoshop

- Experience preparing proposals, presenting plans to clients including quotes and estimates

- Strong written and oral communication

- Ability to learn local, county and state codes and regulations

- Experience in construction project management (QC, Estimating and Budgeting)
