Job description/responsibilities:

• A MuleSoft Senior Developer/Architect leads the design, coding and implementation of complex integration solutions and establishes best practices. They engage with stakeholders to define architecture and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
• Define and document integration architectures using MuleSoft.
• Lead technical design sessions and code reviews.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Architect end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft and related technologies.
• Define API governance and lifecycle management strategies.
• Lead troubleshooting and optimization of high-complexity issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
• Direct communication with the customer and mandatory attendance to scrum ceremonies

Skills:

• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, Exchange, Runtime Manager)
• API management, CloudHub, security (OAuth2, JWT)
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Java, enterprise integration patterns.
• Native or Advanced English (C1)
• Agile/SAFe, architecture documentation (UML, C4), stakeholder management, risk assessment, mentoring.
• 5+ years in integration/solution architecture, 3+ years with MuleSoft.
• Leading large, complex integration projects; experience with distributed/global teams
• Proven experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
