Job Description

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team and deliver a high level of customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install hot tubs, hot tub equipment, and pool equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair defective pool and hot tub equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Complete weekly water care routes
• Maintain fleet vehicles and equipment
• Maintain truck inventory
• Troubleshoot with customers via phone, email, and/or SMS
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Operate company vehicles in a safe manner
• Adhere to all company procedures and protocols


 Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Understanding of electronics and electrical components (AC & DC)
• Understanding of how to use a multimeter to troubleshoot electronics and electrical circuits

Pay range is $15-$25/hr - Looking for both part-time and full-time
