Jubilee is in search of a Social Media Manager with a strong passion for content creation! This person will have the opportunity to produce fun and exciting social media, brand partnership, and marketing projects to be distributed across multiple different social platforms. This Social Media Manager will strive to drive our mission while fostering community engagement and creating viral content.

The Job

As the Digital Media Producer, you will be focused on creating digitally-savvy content for our audience across Jubilee’s different social channels. You will report directly to our Head of Brand Marketing & also collaborate closely with our Brand Partnership and People teams. This role would best suit a creative thinker and content producer who operates heavily off a brand marketer’s pov. You will use your expertise to produce and edit high performing digital content for the Jubilee brand!

What You'll Do

• Own video content creation for the Brand Marketing department
• Utilize our long form media to create viral short form content for our social platforms, including creating video content for our Patreon that drives new patrons
• Ideate and create original short form content 
• Act as a designated assistant editor for our Brand Marketing and Social teams
• Work on the set of our productions to gather behind-the-scenes marketing assets
• Work cross-functionally with our Brand Partnerships team to help script, produce, and edit ad reads and short form cutdowns
• Collaborate with and produce content with various influencers and creators with the goal of driving Jubilee marketing efforts
• Work with our directors to script in-video CTAs, and partner with post team to create VFX that drive marketing initiatives and video engagement
• Partner with the People team to produce short form videos to promote company culture

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of demonstrated brand marketing and social media experience
• You are passionate about content creation and understand what it takes to produce viral videos for social media
• Extremely comfortable editing short form and long form videos
• Someone with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of copy
• A strong collaborator and excellent communication and time management skills
• Someone with high quality work ethic & who is comfortable being self-sufficient 
• Have a good understanding of Jubilee’s mission & values

**PLEASE NOTE: Jubilee has a hybrid work culture and we are currently working in-office 3 days at work with 2 days a week of remote work. As such, all candidates must be on-site in El Segundo 3 days a week and thus based near the office or willing to relocate.**
