About This Role  

As a Social Media Response Specialist / Content Moderator you are detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer interaction. We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Response Specialist/Content Moderator to join our team and help elevate the online presence of our clients.In this exciting role, you'll be the voice behind our clients' brands, ensuring their online reputation remains strong, positive, and authentic. In this exciting role, you'll be the voice behind our clients' brands, ensuring their online reputation remains strong, positive, and authentic.

What You Will Be Doing  

• Engaging with Customers

• Responding to customer inquiries, comments, and interactions in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

• Monitoring and managing online content to identify and remove spam, ensuring that clients' posts stay clean and relevant.

• Handling Escalations: Addressing sensitive or complex issues and providing solutions that align with our clients' values and brand voice.

Skills & Qualifications:  

• Strong understanding of online reputation management and social media platforms. 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 

• Ability to maintain a calm and positive tone in both written and verbal interactions.
