Solar Exit Consultant | Republic Financial Services Location: Phoenix, AZ Republic Financial Services is hiring a Solar Exit Consultant to help homeowners and businesses navigate solar lease cancellations and PPAs. In this role, you’ll provide expert solar consulting services, deliver tailored solutions, and support clients through every step of the exit process. If you’re passionate about renewable energy, customer success, and sales consulting, this is your chance to make a real impact. What You’ll Do:

• Educate clients on solar leases, PPAs, and cancellation options
• Guide clients through the cancellation or renegotiation process for solar contracts
• Manage client communications from initial contact through resolution
• Stay current with solar industry trends, contract laws, and financing pitfalls
• Work independently while supported by a top-tier team

What You Bring:

• Background in sales, consulting, or customer service (solar experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with clients
• Experience with renewable energy consulting, solar contract management, or financial advisory preferred but not required
