About the Team

Our consulting team focuses on ensuring successful deployments by architecting, configuring, testing, and implementing our solution to meet the specific needs of our clients, while providing expert advice on the best use of our platform in their industry.
About the Role
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our solution for professional services clients. You'll champion best practices for deployments and work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of our solution, including projects, billing, budgets, customer accounts, contracts, forecasting, and resource management.
Provide expert guidance on PSA touchpoints like expenses and time tracking.
Establish and promote best practices for PSA deployments.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in consulting roles delivering financial applications (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.), with a focus on revenue accounting, PSA, project accounting, or similar areas.
OR 2+ years of experience with Workday PSA or similar enterprise cloud applications across various industries.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong background in consulting and SAAS implementation methodologies.
Experience with Workday deployment methodology and processes is a plus.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational strategy.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to new challenges.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. This role can be performed remotely, with a preference for candidates near our offices.

Flexible Work Approach
We offer a flexible work model combining in-person and remote work to support deep connections and effective teamwork. We ask that team members spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in the office or in the field with clients, while also allowing for flexible schedules to accommodate personal and business needs.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $116,900 to $196,000, depending on location and experience. In addition, the total compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, or stock grants. Detailed compensation information will be shared during the hiring process.
