Trace Inc. is a Military Contractor and has been in business since 1993. We are currently located on 19 different Military Bases throughout the nation.

Trace is excited to announce that we recently added Kirtland AFB commissary to its growing list of contracts. We are looking to hire 1 Day Shift Supervisor who can start ASAP. Shift – 1:00PM to 9:00PM The work days will be determined by the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact for Night Shift Project Manager.
• Provide guidance for all Day personal.
• Monitor all Day Shift personal to ensure they are following all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure employees are following schedules and taking breaks and lunches in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all employees are stocking all product with quality.
• Ensure all areas are covered and that priorities are met.
• Monitor and ensure that all Stored and Pulled items are correctly documented on the RSHA sheets.
• Monitor and Documents the quantities of Stored and Pulled items.
• Monitor all Non-Trace personal that are stocking our products, Identify the areas and document the quantity and quality and condition they leave sales floor.
• Monitor and document, all external activity that negatively affects Trace’s employee’s ability to meet and exceed quality and production standards.
• Ensure all product is replenished and NIS are filled when possible.
• Complete any task that complements, supports and increases Day and Night Shift productivity

Requirements:

• Attention to detail a must.
• Needs to be dependable.
• Must have Leadership skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 35lbs.
• Should have ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• The job is on Military Facility; a Back Ground Investigation will be completed.
• If Driving on base, current Driver’s License, Insurance and Registration is required.
