We are now offering an Entry Level Verizon Sales Agent position developing sales and business leadership skills. We are seeking Verizon Sales Agents that would like to take their "winning mindsets" and apply them to lucrative sales/marketing and business careers within our company.

We're looking for full-time Verizon Sales Agents to take on immediate Sales & Marketing campaigns with GROWTH into leadership positions. The position takes on account management responsibilities with the world’s largest clients. Applicants must be highly motivated, sports-minded, well organized, ambitious, and "people first" oriented. The Verizon Sales Agent will be responsible for conducting in-home presentations, addressing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues. We are seeking individuals with LEADERSHIP qualities, great COMMUNICATION skills, people that THRIVE in competition and have a drive for SUCCESS. 

Responsibilities as our Verizon Sales Agent:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
• Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
