You will oversee the day to day activities in our state of the art winery producing still and sparkling wine with current production at 8500 cases.
You are a leader who builds a positive team culture. You have a strategic and operational focused mindset to ensure all aspects of winemaking protocols are executed to the highest standard.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in winemaking or fermentation science.
Five years experience in still and or sparkling wine with hands on experience in cellar operations.
Capable of creating and managing a capitol expenditure budget.
Computer proficient
