Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced attorney specializing in general practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters related genreal practice, with a focus on providing comprehensive legal services to clients in various industries. Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and representation to clients in general practice matters, including but not limited to contract drafting and negotiation, business formation, real estate transactions, and civil litigation.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Stay current on legal developments and trends in general practice.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on general practice preferred.
Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures related to general practice.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated commitment to client service and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
