Chick-fil-A Covington Highway 21 is hiring a highly skilled Front of House Coordinator (Manager)

Must be available on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.

Must be available holidays and for both day and night shifts.

As a Front of House Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all Front of House functions, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding hospitality standards to deliver excellent service to our guests. Job Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee all front of house functions and maintain quality standards
• Train and supervise front of house staff in hospitality excellence
• Utilize business data to create weekly work schedules for optimal front of house coverage
• Ensure front of house operations comply with health code regulations
• Assist in training and scheduling front of house personnel
• Address and resolve food quality and hospitality complaints
• Enforce sanitary practices and cleanliness standards
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Report to the Executive Director

Requirements:

• Positive and respectful attitude towards leadership
• Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen and FOH management
• Clear communication skills with team members and guests
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and withstand varying temperatures
• Ability to work standing up to 50-60 hours per week
• Effective in loud environments and understanding of finance and cost management
