Position summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead and grow our civil site practice in the Charleston, SC office. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in business development, staff management, and project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the site civil group, cultivating client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring the overall financial success of the practice.
Key responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing design and permitting for site development projects, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
