Role Overview:
As a Help Desk Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support in a 24/7 environment. You'll handle inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism, following company and departmental policies. Your role will involve assisting customers with diagnosing and resolving issues related to voice, data, video, and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound technical support calls, chats, and emails.
Offer solutions to customers, including opportunities to upsell products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice, data, video, and connectivity.
Address customer service inquiries and provide accurate information.
Document and track each interaction with detailed descriptions.
Support and collaborate with other Technical Support Representatives as needed.
