Estate Planning Attorney

Our client is a highly respected law firm that excels in providing top-tier estate planning services to its clients. The firm is currently seeking a skilled and driven Estate Planning Attorney to join their Richmond, Virginia team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a passion for estate planning to further their career in a client-focused and collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a caseload of estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Conduct consultations with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that align with their goals and needs.
Provide legal advice on tax strategies, asset protection, and wealth management.
Work closely with senior attorneys to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and outcomes.
Maintain strong client relationships and build trust through clear communication and expert legal counsel.

Qualifications:

2+ years of estate planning experience.
Must be licensed with Virginia State Bar, in good standing
Proven ability to manage a full caseload and work directly with clients.
Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small firm environment.
