Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs & LPNs) for Per Diem positions in Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, JP, Roslindale, Hyde Park and surrounding towns.

Qualifications of Staff Nurse include:

• A current nursing license in Massachusetts.
• Hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities of Staff Nurse include:

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients’ regarding their disease processes and treatments.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
• Provide hands-on nursing care like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
