Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help develop visually engaging and effective design materials for a diverse range of clients, including nonprofit and for-profit organizations, as well as for Project World Impact. Collaborating closely with our Senior Designer, you will enhance your skills and support the team across various projects, including branding, digital graphics, and print design.

Responsibilities:

Design

Perform effectively as a member of the project team.

Maintain collateral update requests for both web and print applications.

Design marketing/sales assets for new marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with senior designers on branding and marketing materials.

Develop graphics for digital and print media.

Assist in the creation of social media content.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Ensure consistency in designs across all platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience as a Junior Designer or in a similar role.

Proficiency with design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, and Sketch.
