Job Summary: Leasing Agents are responsible for selling apartments and keeping apartments occupied. Agents are also responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times, managing and publishing daily marketing, conducting tours and consultations, Prompt follow-up and follow through on prospect and applicants. Qualifications:

• Positive, "How can I help " attitude
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Generally, prefer 1-year related experience; prefer Sales experience
• Must enjoy interacting with people
• Committed to providing Exceptional customer experience
• Personable engaging-ability to develop rapport quickly
• Genuinely curious about customer needs

• Consultative selling approach

Although a leasing background is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train and assist team members that exhibit the ability and motivation to learn and absorb information quickly.
