Etz Hayim owns and operates the brands Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals, as well as a sprawling

operation that spans from farming over 300 acres of hemp, extraction, chemical processing, packaging

and warehousing to support both brands and private label customers.

Lazarus Naturals was founded in 2016 to provide safe and accessible CBD products for everyone who

would benefit from them, regardless of their financial situation and ability to pay, which is why we

provide a 60% Assistance Program to veterans and people with disabilities or low-incomes. In order to

maintain an affordable price point and our commitment to accessibility for all, we have built a vertically

integrated business model, which allows us to walk our talk of developing quality, affordable products -

from product inception, development, seed, farming, extraction, finished production formulation and

packaging, and distribution.

Cycling Frog is normalizing the consumption of casual use THC products. We are on a mission to make

THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionable THC beverage the same price as a beer or

soda. We want to change the way THC is consumed and viewed by our society by focusing on lower

potency, ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone’s lifestyle. Under the Federal Farm Bill it

is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet, and anywhere you

can grab a beer.

The Material Handler/Order Fulfillment Flex role aids in the functions of both the Warehouse

and Order Fulfillment teams and ensures that both departments are able to operate

harmoniously with one another. This role is vital in stock keeping and distribution as it bridges

the gaps between teams with a heavy emphasis on correct process flow, accuracy, and time

management.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Safely and efficiently handle materials, products, and inventory within the warehouse or

distribution center. This includes unloading, receiving, inspecting, sorting, and storing.

● Finished Goods: Work with company drivers to ensure that finished goods are

transported to the Distribution Center as needed. Move pallets to their stocked locations

and replenish primary locations following FEFO. Perform replenishment of pick racks as

needed.

● Customer Returns: Check in released customer returns from quality assurance and

allocate returned items to pick racks for immediate use.

● Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders as accurately and efficiently as possible to meet

company SLA’s.

● Maintain a clean and organized environment in all PDX locations. Report equipment

issues to the Maintenance team as needed.

● Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

● Proficiency in Google Suite

● Excellent time management skills.

● Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control

practices.

● Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle varying job

duties.

● Team Player: The ability to work effectively as part of a team. Motivated and

enthusiastic, with a strong ability to prioritize work, communication with colleagues and

supervisors is crucial.

● Forklift Certification: 2-4 years forklift driving experience

● Physical Stamina: The role requires physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry, and move

heavy materials and products.

● CDL license (but not required)
