About the Family:

Loving family of Homewood, AL, is looking for a proactive, reliable nanny for their 5-month-old and 3-year-old daughters. They need an extra set of hands for household tasks and childcare, especially when dad is traveling for work. Mom needs a self-starter who can take initiative without waiting to be told what to do. They’re flexible on schedule and looking for someone who can support them in the evenings and on occasional mornings. They would love to find a nanny willing to be with their family long term.

Responsibilities:

• Help with dishes, bottles, and laundry
• Assist with dinner and bath time
• Occasional daycare/school drop-offs and pickups
• Provide support to parents so they can focus on children
• Take initiative in completing tasks without needing direction

Qualifications:

• Experience with infants and toddlers
• Proactive, self-starter who can manage household tasks
• Comfortable with flexible schedules and occasional evening/weekend work

Additional Information:

• Dad works from home
• Mom gets home from work around 4pm
• Additional evening help especially needed when dad is traveling
• Compensation: $20/hr

Schedule Notes:

• Morning: 7-9:30am, 1 morning a week (flexible)
• Evening: 3:00-8:00 pm, daily M-F
• Date Nights: 1 night every couple of weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Long term commitment preferred
