My team and I are working with a growing family-owned food manufacturer in Minnesota who is searching for a Plant Manager to oversee the their state of the art facility. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a critical role that emphasizes both operational excellence and team development.
As the Plant Manager, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, ensuring not only efficiency and productivity but also the highest standards of quality and compliance in our processing practices.

* Operational Leadership
* Oversee daily production activities to meet efficiency and quality targets.
* Create and optimize production schedules to ensure timely supply.
* Cultivate a high-performance culture and align the team's objectives with company goals.
* Ensure adherence to USDA, HACCP, OSHA, and other food safety regulations.
* Safety and Environmental Standards
* Financial Management
* Develop and manage budgets, monitor performance metrics for driving efficiencies.
* Strategic Planning and Communication
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Food Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Experience: Minimum of 7 years in food processing, with at least 5 years in management within the pork or meat processing industry.
* Knowledge of USDA, HACCP, and OSHA standards.
* Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
* Advanced degree in Operations Management or Food Science.
* Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
