Our Day Care located in NE Philadelphia is seeking an energetic and passionate LEAD and ASSISTANT TEACHER in Pre-K ,Toddler and Infant classrooms with associate degree. • At least 2 years of experience working in early childhood care environments
• CDA certification
• Preferably have an associate/Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Services, or Early Child Education
• Current clearances and physical examination including TB Mantoux are required

• Excellent classroom management
• Creativity 
• Reliability and timeliness
• Organization
• Good interpersonal skills
• And the ability to work well with others as a team player. 

Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like/you’re responsible for:

• Encouraging social interactions be tween children and improving their self-esteem;
• Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs;
• Monitoring free time on the playground.
