Job Description

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of technical projects from planning to execution. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers engineers and clients to ensure the delivery of successful ontime and withinbudget solutions that meet our clients needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead endtoend project management for technical solutions involving software integration and migration.
  • Define project scope goals and deliverables working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ensure technical teams stay on track meeting project deadlines and milestones.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and clients.
  • Manage risks issues and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery by refining processes and tools.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3 years) as a Technical Project Manager ideally in the software development or Legal IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.
  • Problemsolving mindset with an ability to anticipate issues and drive creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira Microsoft Project or equivalent.
  • PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.
