Johnson & Johnson is rapidly expanding and immediately hiring qualified R&D Medical Device Assembler. This position will be responsible for the development of new processes and procedures related to Medical Device Assembly. 

* Candidates must have previous experience performing soldering and rework responsibilities under microscope. Experience soldering under microscope is a mandatory requirement. 

Job Title: R&D Medical Device Assembler
Pay Rate: $30-$35 Hourly (depending on skills assessment test)
1st Shift: 
5AM-1:30PM
6AM-2:30PM
7AM-3:30PM

Location:  Irvine, CA

Job Responsibilities/ Requirements: 

• Must be able to perform soldering and rework responsibilities under microscope. Typical magnifications used:6X-40X
• Soldering experience is a mandatory requirement for this position. Regularly solder 28–42-gauge wire
• Must be able to perform both verbal and written instructions 
• Ability to work under microscope for duration of shift 
• Possess good manual dexterity with close attention to detail 
• Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, SOP's, visual aids, and engineer drawings 
• Collaborate with engineering on new process development and provide feedback as needed
• Experience utilizing small hand tools, tweezers, razor blades, and adhesives
• Must be comfortable with public speaking and providing feedback to superiors, and team members as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
