Johnson & Johnson is rapidly expanding and immediately hiring qualified R&D Medical Device Assembler. This position will be responsible for the development of new processes and procedures related to Medical Device Assembly.

* Candidates must have previous experience performing soldering and rework responsibilities under microscope. Experience soldering under microscope is a mandatory requirement.

Job Title: R&D Medical Device Assembler
Pay Rate: $30-$35 Hourly (depending on skills assessment test)
1st Shift:
5AM-1:30PM
6AM-2:30PM
7AM-3:30PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Sick Time, and Holiday Pay
Location: Irvine, CA

Job Responsibilities/ Requirements:

Must be able to perform soldering and rework responsibilities under microscope. Typical magnifications used:6X-40X
Soldering experience is a mandatory requirement for this position. Regularly solder 28–42-gauge wire
Must be able to perform both verbal and written instructions
Ability to work under microscope for duration of shift
Possess good manual dexterity with close attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, SOP's, visual aids, and engineer drawings
Collaborate with engineering on new process development and provide feedback as needed
Experience utilizing small hand tools, tweezers, razor blades, and adhesives
Must be comfortable with public speaking and providing feedback to superiors, and team members as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
