General Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant

$70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The General Manager is responsible for all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervise, train, and coach restaurant staff
• Scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, quality, managing all aspects of the restaurant
• Other duties as dictated by Senior Management in order to run smooth operations

BACKGROUND PROFILE :

• 2+ years of experience as a GM with a fast casual or quick service restaurant with a focus on strong guest service
• ServSafe and ABC Responsible Service of Alcohol certifications required
• Excellent floor presence and a passion for hospitality
• Genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Passionate, energetic, and detail oriented
• Open availability required
