• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Coach to lead multiple Agile teams in delivering highquality products. As a Senior Scrum Coach you will be responsible for ensuring the teams embrace Agile values principles and practices while fostering a collaborative environment to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

• Lead and coach multiple crossfunctional teams in Agile methodologies ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives).
• Remove obstacles that impede the teams progress ensuring the timely delivery of product increments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a welldefined and prioritized backlog that aligns with business objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to regularly reflect on processes and adapt for better outcomes.
• Act as a change agent helping to build an Agile mindset across the organization.
• Track and report on team performance metrics identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where teams can engage in healthy discussions and problemsolving without fear.
• Provide ongoing support to the team while coaching them to become selforganized with crossfunctional skills and domain knowledge.
• Facilitate internal and external communication discussions decisionmaking and collaboration to ensure team alignment.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles both within and across teams increasing the effectiveness of Scrum practices within the organization.
• Guide development teams to higher levels of Scrum maturity by identifying strengths and areas for improvement using tailored coaching and development techniques.
• Manage and coordinate dependencies across teams to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Maintain transparency by identifying and addressing risks in a timely manner to keep stakeholders informed and mitigate potential issues.
• Mentor junior Scrum Coaches and team members on Agile best practices and tools.
• Work closely with other Scrum Coaches and leadership to drive organizational Agile transformation efforts.
