Looking for a role that blends technical expertise with strategic vision? This key position oversees our entire system lifecycle, from building and testing to deployment and monitoring. You'll be the mastermind behind our release strategy, ensuring smooth rollouts and system improvements.
Your skills will be put to the test as you analyze data to identify areas for product enhancement. Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with our field operations team to tackle any issues encountered at traffic enforcement sites. To top it off, you'll provide on-site and on-call support to our technicians, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Lead and execute comprehensive end-to-end system validation testing programs.
Develop and implement data analysis strategies for field and test data.
Drive continuous improvement of test methodologies and automation frameworks.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of high-quality test execution.
Collaborate with engineering leadership to define product quality metrics and success criteria.
Ensure data quality and traceability for effective problem identification and root cause analysis.
Communicate complex technical findings to diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential product risks based on testing insights.
Champion the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and prioritize field testing activities, ensuring timely and accurate data collection during critical deployments.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant or related experience, with dDeep understanding of software quality assurance processes.
Excellent planning, communication, and observation skills.
Creative problem solver who can craft effective test scenarios.
Driven to learn new tools and best practices in QA.
Experience testing physical products with complex software.
Programming skills in Python or a similar language.
Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
Proficiency in continuous integration/continuous delivery tools (Github Actions).
