Position Title: Travel Nurse - RN - Home Health

Location: Kailua, HI, USA

Shift: Day Shift

Number of Weeks: 13

Salary: $40 to $50 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Nurse - RN for a Home Health position in Kailua, CA. This role involves day shifts with a requirement for travel to provide care in patients' homes. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in addition to the salary. Candidates must have Oasis experience and meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and manage care coordination effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes in health status.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Three months of experience working at a MEDICARE-CERTIFIED home health agency.
2. One year of experience in an acute care or skilled nursing setting.
3. Six months of travel nursing experience preferred.
4. Oasis experience required.
5. Current RN licensure in California.
