• Attractive Compensation: Competitive pay with a generous bonus program, plus tips to boost your earnings. Average adjusted hourly for August 2024 was $37.00 for wax specialist with some wax specialist making $50 per hour with all compensation.

Your Exciting Role:

As a Wax Specialist, you’ll be the star of our show, providing top-notch waxing services that leave our guests glowing. Your role includes:

• Delivering exceptional wax services with a smile and ensuring every guest leaves feeling fabulous.
• Sharing our signature 4 Steps to Gorgeous Process and guiding guests through our product offerings.
• Keeping your wax suite spotless and managing guest flow to create a seamless experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A current Virginia Esthetician, Cosmetology, or Wax Only License.
• Skills in performing all body and facial waxing services (we cater to both women and men!).
• A friendly, upbeat personality that’s ready to embrace feedback and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• A commitment to our values, vision, and a professional appearance that reflects our brand.
• Must be able to work one morning, one afternoon, and one weekend shift.

Schedule Details:

All associates are required to work one morning shift, one afternoon shift, and one weekend shift.

The typical schedule could look like:

• Part-Time: Enjoy one morning shift, one afternoon shift, and one full weekend day.
• Full-Time: Balance your days with two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, and one full weekend day.
