Title: Plant Manager - Wood Manufacturing
Location: East Bernard, TX - Relocation Available
Salary: $160,000-$185,000/Year + 25% Bonus & Benefits
Requirements: 6+ Years in a Plant/Operations Manager role with Lean experience. Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree and have experience working with a large volume plant/facility. Wood Manufacturing is a need for this role and the ability to lead teams.
What You Will Be Doing
This is a full-time onsite role for a Manufacturing Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant management, production planning, operations management, production management, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis.
