Department: Research & Development

Reporting Structure: Reports to Head of UX Design

Summary:

Atlantis University is seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in helping us understand our users' needs and preferences to enhance the overall user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to identify user behaviors, motivations, and needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and methodologies
Collect and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
Translate research findings into actionable insights for product design and development
Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
Proven experience in conducting user research for digital products or services
Proficiency in research methodologies, such as usability testing and surveys
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with UX design tools, such as Adobe XD or Sketch, is a plus
