Summary:

Atlantis University is seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in helping us understand our users' needs and preferences to enhance the overall user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to identify user behaviors, motivations, and needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and methodologies
• Collect and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
• Translate research findings into actionable insights for product design and development
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
• Proven experience in conducting user research for digital products or services
• Proficiency in research methodologies, such as usability testing and surveys
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with UX design tools, such as Adobe XD or Sketch, is a plus
